We are counselors. Our vision was to create a law firm with a national practice, representing the combination of respected practitioners and the consulting practices of legal academics. Our lawyers went to top schools and were trained by some of the most recognizable law firms in the country. As a result, we are capable of the highly sophisticated planning found at large firms while maintaining a small firm personal touch.

What We Believe.
We believe that as lawyers we have a responsibility to serve not only our clients, but also the community in which we work and live. Our lawyers actively teach, publish, and present on legal topics within the legal community. As a result, our firm enjoys a high level of credibility within the legal profession and with decision makers in public forums. All of our lawyers are actively involved in the community—devoting their personal time and financial support to community charities, organizations and events.
